Shipping

Standard shipping is free for all items.
Expedited shipping is $4 per item.

Here is a general outline of how long it will take to receive your order:

Contiguous U.S.
Standard: 6-14 business days
Expedited: 3-6 business days

Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Box
Standard: 8-18 business days
Expedited: 5-8 business days

By choosing “Expedited Shipping” in your cart or during checkout, it will apply to each item in your order. If you would like to expedite only select items from your cart, please place those in a separate order.

Each seller has its own order fulfillment process so delivery times will vary depending on the shipping carrier and distance.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for each item that is shipped.

You can also check the status of your orders from your Order History in your Account Dashboard.

New tracking information may take 1-2 days to update with additional considerations like weekends or holidays to take into account.

Please note that your items may be shipped from several locations and in multiple packages. Each seller has its own order fulfillment process so delivery times will vary depending on the shipping carrier and distance.

If your order still has not been shipped within 5 business days, please contact customer service and we’ll look into it.

Yes. However, it will depend on which seller the items are coming from.

We do not offer any shipping discounts on orders with multiple items from the same seller.

Sometimes, a package will be marked as “Delivered” even though it is still in transit. If the “Delivered” package has not arrived after 2 business days, contacting the delivery service directly is the fastest way to locate your package.

If you need additional assistance, please contact customer service and we’ll look into it as well.

It is important that your shipping address is complete and accurate. If it is missing information like an apartment or street number, your package may be sent back to us. When we receive the returned package, we will provide a refund for the item’s purchase price only.

We are unable to re-ship items received as returned mail.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any international shipping options.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to prisons or correctional facilities.

A large percentage of our shipped packages have been rejected by prisons/correctional facilities and either never make it to the individual or are returned to the original seller. Used books have a much lower acceptance rate than new books that are sent directly from the publisher. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding.

Contacting your credit card issuer or financial institution will get you the fastest and most accurate reason why your credit card was declined.
The most common problems are:
- The billing address does not match your address on file with your card provider
- The credit card number, expiration date, and/or Card Verification Value (CVV) was entered incorrectly

All orders must be placed online. We do not accept checks or money orders. Any checks we receive in the mail will be shredded for security.

In your cart, there is a “Discount Code” section where you can enter your promo code. Click on the “Apply” button to see your discount.

You can also apply the promo code on the “Review and Payments” screen during checkout.

If you checked out as a guest, order information can be found at our Order Lookup Page.
Once an account is created, any future purchases while you are logged into the account will appear in your Order History.

Orders

If you need to cancel an order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Sellers are notified immediately when an order is placed so your order can be quickly pulled and shipped.

We will do our best to cancel your order, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop it before it is shipped.

When contacting us, make sure to include:
1. The Order Number
2. The shipping address

This will help us verify the legitimacy of the order cancellation request.

The information included with each shipment will vary from location to location and will often include a receipt. We are unable to customize our packing slips to meet individual requests.

You can find your order number from your Order History in your Account Dashboard.

Here, you will see a list of all of your recent orders. The order number will also be on the order confirmation email that was sent when the order was placed.

Note: If you've received your item but no longer want to keep it, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees and you will be refunded once the item arrives at the seller's facility. Expedited shipping fees paid during checkout will not be refunded.

Please contact customer service with your Order Number and the Email Address used during checkout and we'll help you process your return.

When returning multiple items, make sure that each item gets sent back to the correct seller.

If you have received an incorrect item or an item that was not part of your order, please contact customer service. We will gladly look into the issue for you.

When ordering multiple items in a single order, an order may be shipped from different seller locations in multiple packages. Each package will have a unique tracking number.

If you believe that there are missing items that should have been included in the order, please contact Customer Support.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer item exchanges.
