Shipping Policy


Shipping methods and delivery times

Standard shipping is free for all items.
Expedited shipping is $4 per item.

By choosing “Expedited Shipping” in your cart or during checkout, it will apply to each item in your order. If you would like to expedite only select items from you cart, please place those in a separate order.

Each seller has their own order fulfillment process so delivery times will vary depending on shipping carrier and distance.

For Standard Shipping, your package may take an additional week or two to arrive. Additionally, we have seen tracking information not be updated or appear "stuck" in transit all the way up to delivery. In these instances, often the tracking information does not update until the package reaches the nearest transit hub or destination city.

Here is a general outline of how long it will take to receive your order:

How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Sellers are notified immediately when an order is placed so your order can be quickly pulled and shipped.

We will do our best to cancel your order, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop it before it is shipped.

When contacting us, make sure to include:

  • The Order Number
  • The Shipping Address

This will help us verify the legitimacy of the order cancellation request.


Where is my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for each item that is shipped.

You can also check the status of your orders from your Order History in your Account Dashboard. If you completed purchase as a guest, you can check the status using Order Lookup. Please note: If you have completed the puchase as a guest and have an existing account, you will need to log out to track the order using Order Lookup. 

New tracking information may take 1-2 days to update with additional considerations like weekends or holidays to take into account. 

Please note that your items may be shipped from several locations and in multiple packages. Each seller has their own order fulfillment process so delivery times will vary depending on shipping carrier and distance.

If your order still has not been shipped within 3 business days, please contact customer service and we’ll look into it.


Do you combine shipping?

Yes. However, it will depend on which seller the items are coming from. We do not offer any shipping discounts on orders with multiple items from the same seller.


Lost in transit

If your package has not arrived after 7 business days of the tracking number’s expected delivery date, please contact customer service and we will look into the issue.


Tracking number says "delivered" but did not arrive

Sometimes, a package will be marked as “Delivered” even though it is still in transit. If the “Delivered” package has not arrived after 2 business days, contacting the delivery service directly is the fastest way to locate your package.

If you need additional assistance, please contact customer service and we’ll look into it as well.


Can you send my order with a gift receipt?

Our company policy requires us to include a packing slip with pricing information in each of our packages. The packing slip helps our customers confirm that they have received the correct amount of items at their intended prices. We are unable to customize our packing slips to meet individual requests.


Invalid shipping address / Package refused

It is important that your shipping address is complete and accurate. If it is missing information like an apartment or street number, your package may be sent back to us. When we receive the package, we will provide a refund for the item’s purchase price only.

We are unable to re-ship items received as returned mail.


Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any international shipping options.


Sales Tax on Order 

Taxes will be assessed based on the shipping address. Please contact us if you are tax-exempt and would like that applied to your account.

 

Alabama

Seller has collected the simplified sellers use tax on taxable transactions delivered into Alabama and the tax will be remitted on the customer’s behalf to the Alabama Department of
Revenue.
