Changing a Shipping Address

 

We will do our best to change your shipping address. Many items are shipped within hours of ordering, so it is important you are contacting us as soon as possible.

  • Original shipping address
  • Corrected shipping address

For the security of our customers, if we are unable to confirm the information you provide us - or if the new address is very different - we will be unable to make any changes.

Canceling an order

 

We will do our best to cancel your order. Many items are shipped within hours of ordering, so it is important you are contacting us as soon as possible.

We are unable to cancel items that have already been shipped.

If you completed the purchase as a guest, you can check the status using Order Lookup. Please note: If you have completed the purchase as a guest and have an existing account, you will need to log out to track the order using Order Lookup

New tracking information may take 1-2 days to update with additional considerations like weekends or holidays to take into account. 

Please note that your items may be shipped from several locations and in multiple packages. Each seller has their own order fulfillment process so delivery times will vary depending on shipping carrier and distance.

There was a mistake with what I received

If you received an item that was not part of your order, please include the title of the incorrect item and the titles of any missing items from your order when you contact us.

Please remember that when ordering multiple items, your order may be shipped from different locations in multiple packages (each with its own tracking number).

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for each shipped package.

I'd like to return an item I purchased

Please include your Order Number and the Email Address used during checkout and we'll help you process your return.

Note: If you've received your item but no longer want to keep it, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees and you will be refunded once the item arrives at the seller's facility. Expedited shipping fees paid during checkout will not be refunded.

When returning multiple items, make sure that each item gets sent back to the correct seller.

If you are missing an item from your order or if there was an item that should not have been included, please send us a message with the Order Number and any information about the missing or wrong item.

I have a question about shipping

Standard shipping is free for all items. Expedited shipping is $4 per item.

By choosing “Expedited Shipping” in your cart or during checkout, it will apply to each item in your order. If you would like to expedite only select items from you cart, please place those in a separate order.

Each seller has their own order fulfillment process so delivery times will vary depending on shipping carrier and distance.

We have seen significant delivery delays from FedEx/UPS/USPS due to COVID-19 related staffing issues. Many shipping services are also experiencing record-high volume and are trying to keep up, so please keep this in mind when tracking your package.

For Standard Shipping, your package may take an additional week or two to arrive. Additionally, we have seen tracking information not be updated or appear "stuck" in transit all the way up to delivery. In these instances, often the tracking information does not update until the package reaches the nearest transit hub or destination city.
