Surviving the Killing Fields of the Khmer Rouge regime in Cambodia, Heng Lim escaped to America, where he became a Christian. When he arrived in America, he had a first-grade education, but Heng took advantage of the many opportunities afforded him in his new life and became a very successful dentist. After more than twenty years in America, Dr. Lim returned to Cambodia to spread the gospel and to make a difference in the lives of the Cambodian people. Heng writes: Our goal is to evangelize and disciple the Cambodian people for Jesus by partnering with the house church pastors. Together we will reach the lost by proclaiming the gospel. We will disciple the believers through building relationships and Bible teaching. We will help the sick, and assist with the poor, but most of all, we will love them like Jesus would.
