The Devil's Between the Beads

Winifred was only ten when she lost her virginity to a group of warlocks, and at age fifteen, her grandmother bonded her with a demon. Now in her twenties and to rid herself of her demonic mate, Winifred must travel through Hell and traverse the Endless Maze, while gaining support of a different demon - a more powerful but kinder one - and one she falls in love with.

The Devil's Between the Beads follows a young Catholic girl through a life where she prays to God on Sundays and to the devil on Saturdays. Winnifred must weave through the supernatural, unveiling an unusual story of demonic possession, self-awakening, and spiritual growth.

Winifred's grandmother is the head of a coven, a powerful coven where warlocks run the city by day and witches run the warlocks at night, and where the grandmother trains young girls to lure in their next victim. Sacrificing a baby only satisfies so much if one is truly a witch, but sexually torturing a man and stabbing him at just the right moment brings even more excitement to the kill.

How confusing is Hell when demons fight each other in battle, or when time shifts, placing one back at the start of the maze? With the help of a Catholic nun, or is it a wacky clairvoyant, four friends traverse the pits of Hell to break the unusual and indissoluble bond.

But when Winifred falls in love with another demon, she must worry that the final battle may also end her romance. Years later, when she finally returns to Hell to reunite with her lover, will he still want her?
