The Guardians - Created to push back the forces of evil... Julie Malone has been passionate about serving her country in the only way she knows how-by fighting for it and protecting it from its enemies. As an ROTC cadet captain she embodied the qualities of a promising fighter and a leader. As an Army Recon pilot she proved her metal in combat. As a Guardian, her life will be defined. In Pushing Back Guardian Recruiter Julie Malone champions a new energy resource and protection of its young inventor. If successfully launched, the new American technology will shift the balance of power in our country and begin to impact the world. The giants who control world oil resources intend to suppress the new resource, and murder Julie and her ward. The Guardians create the Electro-Magnetic Flyers and the leadership to fight back. David Inman is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force (Electrician Technician, B-52 Squadron, Cold War), a graduate of Michigan Technological University (BSME, Mechanical Engineering), and is retired from General Dynamics (Systems Engineer - M1A2 Main Battle Tank and the Stryker Mobile Gun System). His experience also includes fifteen years in the Automotive Industry in the Detroit area (GM's Explorer and Chrysler's PT Cruiser). His Defense Industry work experience also includes three years building the Nuclear Aircraft Carrier, U.S.S. Nimitz (Test Engineer). Inman lives in Michigan where he raised five daughters and has nine grandchildren.
