At Goodwill Southern California, our first priority is helping people in need find JOBS. We partner with employers, educators, community organizations and government agencies to help us match qualified talent with employers looking to hire.

We receive thousands of book donations every year! Proceeds from the sale of books and other goods help fund our free employment services for people in our community with the greatest barriers to employment including veterans, individuals with disabilities, at-risk youth, people formerly incarcerated, the homeless and more.

And, our social enterprise keeps millions of pounds of usable goods from entering landfills every year.
