One husband and four living children later, her best laid plans had clearly gone awry. Would her medical background prove a help or hindrance? As a relapsing perfectionist, would she be crushed by the weight of her own expectations?
Hopefully Flawed weaves cathartic poetry with retrospective prose to celebrate a true story about answering the call to motherhood, and the freedom of finding meaning in the mess. Flaws are inevitable. Hope is possible.
